1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, the issue must not be a result of customer misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Preference for a different colour or product.

Minor colour variations caused by screen settings or lighting.

Products purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional offer.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Products returned without original tags or packaging.
2. Return Shipping
If your return or exchange request is approved and the issue is confirmed to be due to our error:

BLANKWARD will bear the return shipping cost.

We will arrange a reverse pickup where service is available or provide return shipping instructions.

Customers are requested to pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Please note that if the product is damaged while being returned due to improper packaging, the exchange request may be rejected.
3. Exchange Process
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse:

Our Quality Check team will inspect the item.

If the request meets our policy, we will dispatch the correct replacement at no additional cost.

You will receive an email with shipment details once your replacement has been dispatched.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested product or size is unavailable, our support team will assist you with the available options.
4. Sale & Promotional Products
Products purchased during:

Sale events

Clearance sales

Promotional offers

Discount campaigns
are considered Final Sale.
They are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
5. Refund Policy
BLANKWARD does not offer refunds.
Eligible requests will be resolved through a gift card in accordance with this policy.
6. How to Request a Return or Exchange
