  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

During sale events, promotional campaigns, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Locations

BLANKWARD currently ships across India.

We work with trusted courier partners to deliver to most serviceable PIN codes. In rare cases where a location is not serviceable, our team will contact you with the available options.

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, BLANKWARD may offer free shipping or promotional shipping offers. Any such offers will be communicated on our website.

Once an order has been shipped, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.

As a general guideline:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, operational disruptions, or local restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active, as courier systems may take some time to update.

6. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier operational delays

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

If your shipment is delayed, our support team will assist you in tracking your order wherever possible.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

  • The shipment may be returned to us by the courier partner.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-shipped.

BLANKWARD cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

  • Recipient being unavailable

Our team will contact you to arrange re-dispatch.

Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the package and contacting us immediately.

If you discover damage after accepting the package, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:

  • Clear photographs of the package and product

  • An unboxing video (strongly recommended)

This helps us investigate the issue and provide a timely resolution.

10. Order Modifications

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address, products, or other order details may not be possible.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. While we will do our best to assist, changes depend on the order status and courier processing stage.

11. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable third-party logistics and courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

Delivery timelines and serviceability are subject to the operational capabilities and policies of our courier partners.
